The J. Pechauer NorthEast Women’s Tour (JPNEWT) is committed to the promotion of the game of billiards for all women who desire to compete at any level. JPNEWT is also committed to offer Qualifiers to WPBA events at their events to women who desire to reach the professional level of competition to participate in, and become members of the WPBA. JPNEWT will provide, to the best of the Room Host’s ability, a professional venue in which their members may compete. JPNEWT will not tolerate harassment, unsportsmanlike conduct, or disrespectful behavior from any Regional Tour member and will seek the removal of such member at any event. A warning may be given in advance. However, if the violation is egregious, JPNEWT reserves the right to remove the player immediately and without warning. JPNEWT reserves the right to refuse and/or revoke the membership of any person not complying with the WPBA Rules of Conduct.
